Customer service was quick to reply and seemed very knowledgeable! I asked for help in picking out a wedding band to match my ring and they came back with 3 or 4 options! VERY HELPFUL!!

I ordered a ring and after I recieved it i wasn't in love with it. It was beautiful I just chose the wrong style for me. I wrote to them explaining this to see if there was any possibility to return it. They wrote right back absolutely return it and what is the ring of your dreams? I sent a picture. A few weeks later they sent a sketch which I loved. I recieved the ring and OH MY GOODNESS IT IS GORGEOUS! The quality of the mossanite and craftsmanship of the gold arw both top notch. Now on to the real stars, Ludovic customer service. I promise you there is no company doing this better than they are. Prompt respectful helpful they were great through the whole experience. I honestly can't say enough good about them. I'm a Communications professional A plus Ludovic!!!

My first purchase from Ludavic and I'm very impressed with the quality of my gorgeous moissenite ring-its stunning and admired by everyone! I feel very proud to wear this beautiful ring that sparkles beyond belief. I've never owned such a fabulous piece of jewellery like this before. The workmanship is truly perfect and I look forward to purchasing other items when I can afford to-even though the prices are so reasonable for the quality and size of stones. Thank you for an incredibly beautiful ring. I'm delighted with it and your service. Sincerely, Dotty O'boyle. U.K.
