Great glasses with great features and they are very comfortable to wear all day. I have the prescription Reebok Dash’s as well as the Eddie Bauer horizon sunglasses. Highly Recommended.

Superb customer service. I had an issue with my glasses and sent an email. I received a reply within an hour and the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Nothing but great things to say about the company. The glasses themselves are excellent as well.

The level of customer service I have received from Alex, the manager of the Customer Service Department, has been off the charts superb! My Millennia glasses failed on one earpiece. Alex definitely went beyond required service to keep this customer... I am a Lucyd customer for life.

Amazing customer support and great glasses. Really loved my original pair of lucud lytes. They look really good, have great sound quality, and amazing battery life. They easily lasted me a whole day on a single charge. More importantly when I had an issue with my glasses I reached out to customer support and they responded right away. They took care of me right away and made the whole process easy and hassle free. Can't say enough good things about customer service, which is why I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I received my glasses this morning. When I opened the package, I noticed that the foam liner I ordered was not in the box. I emailed Lucyd to notify them and within minutes I received a reply and a tracking number for the product that was omitted from the order. That is outstanding customer service. I am now testing the product and so far I am extremely pleased. Everything is working as advertised thus far. Thank you!

I have had my lucyd glasses for about a year now, when I first got them they had a small charging glitch, within hours of reporting the problem, the resolution team was on the job. Problem solved, flash forward 10 months and one of the speaker arms stopped working. Once again, contact was established, and a solution was found. Quickly, easily, responsibly. The customer service is exemplary and the quality of the product is very satisfactory.

The prescription portion of the glasses is fantastic. The lenses are clear, the prescription is accurate, and I’m very happy with the overall quality and visibility while wearing them. The sound quality is decent and works well for what I need, and the battery life has also been impressive. I can typically go a few days between charges. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the glasses. The excellent prescription lenses, good battery life, and especially the quick and responsive customer service have made this a very positive experience.
