I loved this company because their prices were affordable and the clothes were super cute! I noticed they were having a huge sale on all of their product. I came back a few weeks later and the website had been revamped and the prices were through the roof. I don’t think Lucy Ave ever recovered from the Covid crisis and they just couldn’t find a way to stay afloat and the only way they had out was to sell the company! It’s very sad!!

I bought two items. It took almost a month to be delivered (I live in Germany) and even after paying almost 50 dollars for shipping I also had to pay customs... Anyway, the items look good, but they do not fit at all. Shoe was too small and the cardigan had a unusual long sleeve. The fitting of the pieces were not made thinking about a normal body, they just increment the size in ALL directions... really weird. Because is an international delivery is not worth to send back, I will only lose more money. Do not recommend it!

Ordered boots through Jane website. They did not fit. Contacted LUCY Avenue- only free shipping and returns purchased through their website. $34.99 boots cost $25 to return through UPS. Betty

It looks like you did get the boots with Free Shipping, but when you buy on Jane we have to follow their return policy which doesn't allow free returns unfortunately :-( You are correct that we offer Free Shipping and Free Returns on our website lucyave.com.
