I placed an almost $400 order with them in which I bought a lot of full priced items, and used a code to get a few pairs of free shoes. When I tried to return a couple of the full priced items, they told me that because I used a code, the entire order was final sale, which was never disclosed in their return policy. They also said if I wanted to return them for store credit, they would only give me $26 each for them, which was my order total divided by the number of items, instead of the $50 and $60 each item was. Never in my life have I heard of this. I will be reaching out to my credit card company and BBB and will never order from them again.

Second time shopping with Lucy and this time was disappointing. I purchased two items with a 30% off coupon. Five hours later I get a text saying buy one get one free. That coupon code obviously would saved me more money, but when emailing to ask for a price adjustment (like most stores do), they refused and they said they couldn’t cancel either (even though i never asked to cancel the order). Very poor and rude customer service and will not be shopping there again.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Lucy Ave. They completely wore through the sole after a few wears. When I contacted customer service they literally said "we don't guarantee quality because our prices are low". I paid almost $40 for the shoes which I wouldn't say is expensive, but it's not cheap enough for the shoes to fall apart after a few uses. I decided to give the boutique a second chance and received a sweater that I paid $50 for--again not cheap--with RED PEN MARKS all over the front. I'm so disappointed and will be reaching out to my credit card company and the BBB to rectify.

I have messaged them 5 times now about a pair of shoes I returned by express mail! Yes, I paid to send them back!!! I sent them in the exact same shipping box that the shoes were sent to me, and the shoes are in the original shoe box with all the original wrapping. Only tried on one shoe, it was too big. Wrapped it back up exactly the way it was. I have messaged them about my return with NO RESPONSE. I find it funny how they do not have a contact number either. They had better issue me my credit for the shoes at I paid 49.99 for, or I am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau!

Never had an issue in the past, but both items in my last order were not true to size. They’ve been very adamant about not refunding the $15 shipping fee. It’s also been several weeks and I haven’t received a refund for the items either. I have been a loyal customer, but don’t plan on shopping here anymore.

Clothing is nice quality. Customer service is very poor. I have reached out through 2 emails, messaging on their website and tried to get a shipping label all with no response.

**WARNING** before I looked at their reviews, I ordered two things OVER a week ago. Website tells you that it will be shipped within four business days, wasn't that mad at first, until I tried to contact them over an address mess up on my end, 100% accountability on me, but only received one reply from five emails. And by the time the second email came, they could 'no longer help me' after I had already given them the address change and nothing was done. When I contacted the carrier, they told me that the shipper is the only one that can change it. After reading more reviews on this store, it's very obvious that I am not the only one with this problem. I am longer going to order from a company that will not work with their customers, it's frustrating and ridiculous. Their customer service, if you can even say there is one, is terrible and useless.

As a first time (and now last time) customer, I would not recommend, as their return policy is extremely deceptive. I recently placed an order using a promo code - the item (shoes) did not fit so put in a return request. After first suggesting that I had used an incorrect promo code that made my order final sale, it took several days and multiple email attempts on my end to receive the following response: “I do see that you used code "TENOFF" at checkout making this order FINAL SALE and not eligible for a free return or refund. Please understand, because we have already offered the items you purchased at a steep discount, we are unable to cover return shipping and refunds. You can still send your return for store credit by paying for the return shipping.” Besides the fact that I wouldn’t consider $10 off a “steep discount”, nowhere on their website does it state that use of this code would the render the order ineligible for free return shipping/refund to the original form of payment. Between this and overall poor communication, I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.
