I ordered a multi functioning craft cabinet online through Lucy, I got a piece of cloth. This is not what I ordered and not worth the $50 what can I do to get my money back or I would really like the craft hutch.

Hi Sara, Here at Lucy, we sell nicotine products. Please review your information for the company you're trying to contact. We do not sell craft cabinets.

On a subscription, orders delayed now five times in a row. Defeats the purpose of a subscription
Response from LucyJan 2, 2023
Hi Brian, I am very sorry that your recent orders have been delayed. Most orders do arrive within 5-7 business days, but the holidays can sometimes take longer. We just switched to a better shipper because we want to improve the shipping timeframes for our customers. Again, our sincerest apologies! Please reach out to [email protected] if you need assistance. The recent order you placed on 12/24 is expected to arrive today.

Ordered may 24th. As of may 31st order has not shipped. No explanation. Just an email saying it “left” the warehouse but there is a problem with the shipper. Not happy!
Response from LucyMay 31, 2022
Hi Benjamin, thank you for leaving a review. Sincerest apologies for the delay here! Upon returning from the Memorial day weekend, we see that USPS lost a batch of orders. Your order was included in that batch. The label has been reprinted and our fulfillment center is reshipping your order today. Please reach out at [email protected] if you have any other questions or concerns about your order!

I wanted to like this. I’m hooked on the vape, but the mint was absolutely horrible for me. Burned my throat and chest and gave me a stomach ache. Tried several times and had the same experience- now I’m stuck with a bunch of packs I don’t want.

Hi Lindsay, thank you for your review. Please reach out at [email protected]. We have a very generous refund policy and would be happy to assist you further with this.

I need to change my order but I can not get the company to respond to my emails and can not access the website. Says it doesn’t recognize my email address. They just keep sending me the same thing. I’m gonna have to cancel
Response from LucyApr 8, 2021
Hi DJ, we did receive an email on 3/18/21 in regards to changing your subscription to Cinnamon and updated the email address on file due to a typo. We sent a password reset link which should ensure you're able to login. We updated the subscription as requested and responded but did not receive a response. We also received your second email on 3/31/21 and responded the same day. We have not received a response to either email we sent. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see anything from an @lucy.co address in your inbox. You can contact us Monday - Friday at [email protected] or visit our website lucy.co and chat with us live. At this time, you do not have any active subscriptions. We would be happy to help you make any changes or clarify further. Simply respond to either support ticket or chat with us live.
