The second I made a deposit and was ready to play - it said “Account status blocked”. I am a new player and have never set up an account with them before. Garbage!

I’ve been waiting now for over three…
I’ve been waiting now for over three weeks to get a redemption that lucky stakes says that they sent but it’s never been in my email and I’ve never gotten a resolution to my problem about when I’m gonna get paid but yet you guys sure took my money immediately just can’t understand why it’s taking so long to get a confirmation of when I’ll be getting paid

The selection of games is great The customer service is awesome. The first time I redeemed my winnings it took about 3 days. The second time the process was less than 12 hours.
