To star off their daily rewards almost never give you any sc. It's mostly only gc. Typical game play. Your first week it goes back and forth and then good luck getting anything. They're vip program doesn't even exist. You can attempt to question about it but they'll gaslight you for days and then just tell you some bullshit. If you play on here, only play a week and then delete them. Edit: I deleted my account long ago

I will start off by saying this if you are reading the reviews you may be on the fence about playing here due to the fact that some people claim they didn’t get paid out. I ask you to please look at all the possible factors that could have played into them not receiving their winnings. I am a real person and I am not getting anything in return for this review this is my honest opinion. This site is legit and they do pay you your winnings as long as everything is good to go with your account ex. Getting your account verified etc. I can’t speak on what the rules are for redeeming your money if you used a promotion they sent out via email or something. I know I bought sweeps coins and played my favorite game that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else called jade valley and I ended up winning $400 it took a few days for them to do what they have to do on their end before my payout was accepted but once it was accepted I received it within a few hours of getting the confirmation email telling me my payment was on its way. You may be wondering if I had such good experience why only 3 stars let me explain. The whole process you have to go through if it is your first time redeeming is a nightmare and honestly know for a fact the process can be changed to a much easier less stressful and less difficult process for redeeming why this site hasn’t changed to that less stressful way is beyond me. Secondly on a few different emails and I think it is also listed on the actual website saying instant redeeming that is not true at all and it’s actually very unprofessional to lie to customers like that just to get them to come play. Again the redeeming process is anything but instant and frankly is a pain in the butt. The third reason is the lack of freebies the site gives it’s customers. I play at ALL of the sweeps casinos and this one is the ONLY one that never sends customers any emails with free spins or even a discount off your next sweeps coin purchase and I find that disappointing due to the fact that if they were to start doing that they would have a lot more people coming and staying as regular customers. People want to play where they feel like they matter as a customer and they also want to feel like they are getting the best value for their money. I wanted this site to be so mucb better and wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review because out of all the different online casinos the ones that do the sweeps coins and the ones that don’t this site is the only one that I have found that has platypus gaming slots and these slots are my absolute favorite and I was so excited when I finally found them but that excitement was short lived and all the bad things that I experienced as much as I hate to say it over powered the fact they are the only ones who have the slots I love. I will say this I will still play here from time to time but if the issues that I had get fixed and the site wants to offer me something as an apology I would 100% start playing here regularly and add it to the list of sweeps casinos that I play if not daily every other day. But honestly I don’t see they fixing anything or offering me anything or even offering me an apology.
