Whenever I have to go to chat, everyone is so kind and helpful. They try and do whatever they can you make your experience great. I just wish I would get more chips, because I have spent a lot if money and they always say you use a bonus every time, but whether I win or lose you get that bonus money back so it makes no sense to me. I play a lot at casino max because they have great bonuses and you always get a second bonus of free spins where you could win a couple hundred dollars. My only complaint is lack of free chips.

Everything is straight forward. They offer múltiple funding options. Customer Service is top notch whether using the chat option or email. They are thorough in validating your information. When your account is validated payouts are simple...and yes I have actually won and been paid ( remember folks that it is gambling and not an income stream).
