After a "big" win they said I had to verify my account, no big deal. I sent an the required and had to wait for 2 business days. Again no big deal. Wake up this morning and my account was set back to zero and they basically say there's nothing they can do about it..... This place is a SCAM

Since Christmas I have deposited 500 dollars into this casino. At one point I had won just over 7000 dollars. I met the 55,000 in min play I had to achieve, and did this again with another deposit that had a min requirement of 5,500 in play. I finished with 3,005 on my birthday, Dec 29th. I decided to withdrawal my money and I had sent in the verification documents on the 26th of December. As of the 30th this had still not been approved. This morning when I logged onto check. All of my money was gone. I checked with the chat agent and they stated I should have received an email. The email stated that I had bet over the limit during bonus play time requirements. This amount was 10 dollars. During your bonus plays they lock down the machines you can play, but not the amounts. They also do not openly tell you this... Supposedly they are refunding my deposits. We shall see... Stay away from this casino. I am reporting them to the US Attorney Generals Office for review. Merry Christmas everyone.

This website is a scam. You can add money to your balance but to try to pull money out is like pulling teeth. They held up my payments for days even though I repeatedly provided every piece of documentation that they asked for repeatedly. It wasn't until I kept gambling and drew my balance down to basically zero (dumb of me I know), that they decided to "approve" my verification. Even then they stated that it could take days to even get the payment. Don't worry though they'll be happy to take crypto from you and pay you back in crypto. The entire thing is just fraudulent, very sketchy, and scummy. Do yourself a favor, stay very far away from this site and their fraudulent ways. Don't make the same mistake I did. These people are crooks.

If i could give no stars that would be better. Oh just the same as 95% of the reviews. Here. They kept my winnings because my dob was different on my id. If it would of been 100% correct they would of found any other excuse to not pay. Why is this site still scamming people?

I had some issues with duplicate charges and it took a while but they worked with me to ultimately resolve the issues and showed that they do care about their customers.

I would give Lucky Red a -10 stars if possible. This site is BY FAR the WORST site I have ever played on. They give such high match percentages on your deposits because they are just going to get it all back. The games rarely hit & when they do, your LUCKY if you get back even a 1/4 of what your bet amount is. Not only that but their minimum cash out is $200 whereas every other site I've played on has a minimum cash out of $100. They also charge you an extra "processing fee" of $25 to pay it to your bank account. They don't charge to pay it to crypto currencies though. None of the other sites I play on charge you a processing fee in order to get your money. The games suck & seem very dated. Do yourself a favor & stay away from the place unless you just like throwing away your money cause this place is a SCAM & RIP OFF!!!

Been playing with them for 12 years now. Had my ups and downs with him over the years - With my concerns about RTG software not being realistic sometimes. I believe they've changed management maybe a couple of times. When I lost I usually got a $25, $50 or $75 free chip the next day - That stopped. I will say they do offer an evaluation of your monthly play and give you something based on it. But you have to ask for it - And it may restrict the games that you're accustomed to winning at. But they do pay out. Usually within 48 hours, every once in awhile in a day. The only trouble I ever had was using a different card to fund the account. They require a picture of the front and back (covering the 3 digit code) I played back when they used to refund back to your credit card with Pay2Card But that stopped 😌 Now I use crypto which is free. The conversion amount changes my payout to about $25 to $35 less. Still trying to figure out what that's about. I don't know if it's their end or my end. But I end up having to wait for the price of Bitcoin (which is what I choose) to go up in order to match my original winnings 🙄 Well that's my fair enough review without having to go into too much detail.

Deposited $100 and opted for the 450% bonus offer. Ended up playing for like 10 hours to eventually reach my 50X playthrough after hitting some nice wins. Went to cash out, was told I breached the terms and conditions of the bonus by wagering more than the $10 max bet and they voided all my winnings to the tune of $9000. Be very cautious here, damn near impossible to get paid out if you come out ahead utilizing their bonus offers. Also, is this really a casino you want to play at if they dig deep into all your bets before paying you money that you won. Absolutely not! Good luck!
