Tournament payouts are not normal
The payouts are much much lower then a stick built casino. In order to withdraw you have to get x85 of what you put in to be eligible. In their tournaments they decide when winnings are spent. I won 170 and put in over 1000 but was told I did not spend the winnings yet which is unlike any casino I have played at. I have also seen online that the Michigan Gaming Board had problems with them and their parent Apex Dymanics which worry me a little.

There’s no issue with the tournaments themselves, our terms clearly state that winnings from a previous slot tournament can’t be used to enter another, and this is visible on our website. You were advised of this before play, and when the winnings were reused, they were voided in line with those terms. We also provided full game logs, account history, and chat transcripts on request to ensure everything was transparent. We have free to enter tournaments as well as buy in tournaments and all terms and conditions can be found via our website or if players would like support from our team on these, they simply just need to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions or queries.

Really sorry to hear that you feel this way, especially on the back of your win with us and successful withdrawal. We appreciate that you were unhappy with the bonus value being removed from your withdrawal, this was stated in the terms and conditions upon acceptance of this bonus. 'All bonuses are unredeemable and so cannot be withdrawn as winnings. Players may withdraw winnings from wagers made using free chip or free spins, but the free chip or free spins themselves cannot be withdrawn and will be removed when any subsequent withdrawal is processed.'

The transparency of this casino as it is part of a number of sister sites part of the Club World Group - sites are: Aladdin’s Gold CryptoReels All Star Slots Buzzluck Clubworld High Noon Lucky Red Manhattan Slotter Reelspin If you've previously used a bonus on any of these sites listed you will not be able to use a bonus Lucky Red Casino because it's already considered used on their sister sites so that's just an FYI you won't have to waste customer services time. So you don't particularly get to try out any of the other sites if you use the bonus on one previously which kind of stinks it's really not transparent and I would have really liked to been able to try them out but this is how my review is going to go and it's how I'm going to keep it.

User ID: Bigant82 Writing my review based off current experience. So far love the platform it has a large variety of games and slots. I put in for my first redemption through bitcoin and I’m still waiting for my payout. I was told the payout through crypto especially is fast however it’s over 48 hours and it still hasn’t even been processed. Once I receive my redemption in my wallet I’ll update my review for my followers and all others to see how it went and update it to 5 stars. Until then (my followers) hang tight! Their 24/7 chat service is definitely a plus and they are very responsive. My only gripe right now is length of time for payout on redemptions especially when it comes to crypto. It should be far far quicker than this.
