Lucky Orange is an equivalent of the famous old Nokia phones: simple, reliable and friendly. Unlike the old Nokias, though, Lucky Orange has all the modern features you need - visitors' recordings (with clean and useful segmentation), VERY detailed heatmaps, Live view, customer chats, form analytics, conversion funnels. Once you setup the features you need, it just works. The user interface is friendly, simple and well-thought. Everything is where you expect it to be, and works in a way you expect it to work - smoothly and flawlessly. The prices are very reasonable and the support is great. I've tried a lot of tracking/recording/heatmap services before I'd got to Lucky Orange (Mouseflow, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Smartlook, Clicktale - to name a few), and Lucky Orange has the best BCR of them all, period. No one of the other services can come even close.

My website receives an average of 45,000 page views a month and for me it is important to know where my website visitors are coming from and how are they spending their time on my site. LuckyOrange's platform displays this data in a user friendly way. I work alone and though I am somewhat a "techy" person, it's important for me to able to use a platform that is easy to use.

Over the past few years, we've used various services to help us understand how our members use our platform, learn about 'trouble spots' and diagnose problems users are having. None have been as easy to implement, manage and use a Lucky Orange. The insight the service gives us has been a tremendous help enabling us to make strategic improvements and to help members 'live' with any problems they're encountering. A must-have for any busy website.

I just love luckyorange, it provides a much better way to stalk my customers in realtime. I tried other solutions in past like hotjat for example, but for realtime "spying" luckyorange is the best
