Fascinating to see the user experience
It's really insightful to be able to see how people are using your website & to be able to make changes based off that. Not only that as a service business it's really good to be notified when someone arrives on the website and you can see if they are interested and if they are going to enquire. I feel I had a few issues with not seeing some interactions & videos line up with people that did actually fill out my contact form and it seemed to not show how they fully interacted with the site but that could be a me issue more than the software.
