Had some general support inquiries, and was granted Becky as the agent to assist me. I had all of my questions answered without wait, in detailed form and with a clear understanding of the information I was seeking. Hands down, one of the best "chat support" experiences I've had. All thanks to Becky being diligent and conversant.

So as soon as I logged on I looked through my promos, I collected my daily bonus and then I wanted to verify my identity. I immediately had an issue so I contact customer support about my issue then they emailed me back a link and a list of what I would need to provide for the identity verification and then when I logged in through the link to complete the identity verification it’s saying I need a national ID, license or a passport. I didn't know what a national ID was, I don't drive and I've never left the country. I go back to customer support but instead of going through email I went through chat and that’s when I messaged Becky through on support. She sent me a link and then realize that it was the link I already had for before, so i sent a screenshot. She then saw my state ID, she verified that for me. Then she sent me a link to send my bank statement through and a link to do the selfie verification through. She ensured everything was verified before she asked to do anything else for me. She was amazing and so extremely helpful and extremely wonderful I also love this casino because it seems to be different than all of the rest a lot of them have the same games, the same rewards, the same promotions and this one seems to be a little different so I'm excited to continue to play and see how much I like this because I already I'm liking it a lot.
