So far this has been a great site, only a few hours in and haven’t tried redeeming yet but had an issue with my address (my typo during sign up) and their customer service, specifically Hope, was very efficient in resolving the issue!

This site is great. The set up of the site is nice, the game selection is abundant, but the best thing about this one is the customer service. I got the pleasure of having Mary work with me to resolve an issue I had and I must say I’m very impressed by the timely response and kindness as well as the ability to resolve my issue with efficiency and empathy.

The only reason I am giving the experience 5 stars is because I needed customer service and the agent that helped me, Anna, was amazing. She helped me resolve the KYC problem I was having and was able to get me verified and on the platform in about 10 minutes. As far as the actual platform goes, well it’s nothing to gush over. They did give me a great deal ($1.99 for 17sc plus gold coins)777%. But that was about as lucky as I got. Outside of that, the platform isn’t terrible, just average, if you ask me. Although they sure do know how to pick their customer service agents. My luck isn’t everyone’s luck so I do recommend the casino. Keep up the good work, Anna. Someone give that woman a raise!!
