So far my experience at luckyone has been very great I ran into a kyc verification issue today when trying to do my first redemption, and that's when I was connected to live support agent by the name of, Lana. And she was very patient very very professional and answered all my questions, she's great! After I was able to successfully get verified and I also was able to resend my first redemption in and now I'm waiting for it! I will be making another review on here once I do receive my redemption!!
