LuckyOne.usReviews of luckyone.us

I am new to LuckyOne.us and so far my experience has been very good. The selection of games are good and the site is easy to manage. I am most impressed with customer service. I had a question about redemption and with no wait time at all my question was answered by a live agent. Great customer service is a big plus for me and LuckyOne.us just made it to the top of my list. Thank you

Site is a bit buggy but the customer support chat makes up for it! Very friendly and quick to solve your problems. Hoping the redemption process is just as quick.

Sign up and verification was simple and quick. Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. I haven't redeemed yet but so far so good.

Sign up was smooth but bonus had to be added by support however went fast and smooth as well now to test the casino games and come back with more info later..

This place is amazing games selection is top notch and their customer service is extremely helpful as a matter of fact I didn't wait more than 30 seconds before a representative came on to help me with my issue which they were able to resolve very quickly. I'm trying to redeem now and if that goes smoothly I will leave another review with five stars!!

So far customer service is great! Time to play and see where we go! 😁🤞🏼☝🏼👍🏼
