Lucky Creek CasinoReviews of luckycreek.com

I definitely wish I could rate this casino zero stars. Please don't waste money or time. You gamble, trust me it's not gambling if your forsure Lucky creek will not pay out. They're chat is all poop, they have no intentions of paying you!! Stay away. I've been waiting months for only 180.00$ bitcoin or wire transfer you'll regret it.

There just like any other casinos, but they dont post there rules. For one you should never claim a bonus on any site. I see one post stating he won $3000 on the $50 they gave him and they took the $50 plus $20 for wire. Yes he probably did win $3000, but they would never let him cash out that much. You have to play through 60X and they let you cash out 10X the amount on the bonus.so the max he could cash out would be $430! And the free spins they offer are between $0.03-$0.86 depending on how hard the game is. I never use bonuses, but I had to see what they were hiding so I tried and there play through is 20X more then any other site and there free spins are horrible as well. But they refuse to post the rules. They make it sound fantastic and you spend your money and dont know the mistake you have made until after. There withdrawal is just the same as other casinos except they hold your money for 48hrs incase you want to reverse it. That way there hoping you will keep playing. And they offer you bonuses on that withdrawal so you play it. That would be a massive mistake so dont! This company does pay, but it really doesn't pay to play. You can't trust a company that hides there rules. If one does then there so bad you shouldn't play. And im checking to see if there is a law about them not posting the rules of the bonuses so check in later. But if your smart go to (sports and casino) very very trustworthy and puts all rules out. And the money you earn for playing and you use it is only a 10X play through witch is unheard of. And if you use the bonuses and you shouldn't the most they do is 40X. And if your a vip you get your money in 48hrs. And you will have your own personal vip host that will call you if you have a issue

Similar to many here, I would rate 0 if available. waiting for a payout - got the confirmation text - "congratulations on your winnings" told 48 hours to review and 5 days t pay - well been waiting and contacting them daily - "because of bank holidays and the festive season" no more payouts until Jan 2nd? This will be over 19 days since winning. seems my play on Hard Rock Bet arrives usually within hours. interestingly I landed on the web page and played thinking it was Hard Rock Bet - marketing team does a great job at misdirecting internet traffic, finance team sucks. stay away

Ive been playing games in LuckyCreek now for a year & a half. They are my favorite online casino. I haven't had any bad experiences with them, they are extremely friendly, and they are the only casino, out of many I have played at, that send me coupons in the mail, not email, which they do send emails too, but this company goes out of their way and sends me holiday cards in regular mail with coupons for free games, match bonuses, and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 coupons, I'm talking several, in one card that is printed out on a full colored, really nice huge card. They have really been the most friendly online casino I have ever had the pleasure to play at. I never asked them for anything, I'm writing this review because they have impressed me, and I believe they deserve a 5 star review. I don't give good reviews unless they deserve it, and LuckyCreek, in my opinion, has proven to be a 5 star business. Thank you LuckyCreek, shine on.

I love the variety of games and the customer service is okay but they take forever to pay out. The verification process is unbelievable. I think they should do the verification before allowing somebody to deposit money with them. They'll let you deposit and take your money ASAP. But to get your winnings it took over 10 days it's almost like they want you to play out your winnings.

I would give it a minus but you have to give 1 star to write a review horrible with cash out or withdrawal they don't tell you it's either Bitcoin or wire transfer. But they except your credit or debit card with ease. Im still waited they say they are backed up with withdrawals I would never use this site again I played dec 6th

Whatever you do do not take any kind of bonus from them because if you win they will not pay you I learned the hard way and played through my money redeposited and won 1900 I was only allowed to claim a thousand plus they take $20 out for wiring it's going on two weeks now I still have not received anything they say it's in the flush I'm sorry we're backed up with the payouts we will email you with a response please be patient I had enough of this site it needs to be shut down do not give any money to an offshore casino that offers Bitcoin do not trust

I won and withdrew $1900. It’s been almost 5 weeks and still have not received my withdrawal. They keep telling me to give it a few more days, well it’s been 30 DAYS!!! Worst experience ever!!
