It was quit and easy to deposit, and any issues I had, I was able to resolve with the help of live chat. The operator was very friendly and helpful. Ive been playing games in LuckyCreek now for a year & a half. They are my favorite online casino. I haven't had any bad experiences with them, they are extremely friendly, and they are the only casino, out of many I have played at, that send me coupons in the mail, not email, which they do send emails too, but this company goes out of their way and sends me holiday cards in regular mail with coupons for free games, match bonuses, and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 coupons, I'm talking several, in one card that is printed out on a full colored, really nice huge card. They have really been the most friendly online casino I have ever had the pleasure to play at. My heartfelt sorrow to all the people who were scammed by this and other casinos. However, I cannot lie about my own experiences. I've been playing with this group (which includes their sister sites Grand Eagle, Treasure Mile and Mandarin Palace) for over 15 years now and have won several times. Not once have I ever NOT been paid. I'm serious. I can't explain what happened in all the instances where people weren't paid, but I do know that I have always gotten paid. One word of advice though: DON'T TAKE bonuses from ANY casino. They have almost million dollar playthroughs that the average player cannot outlast. Just deposit and play. No bells, no whistles, no bonuses, no free spins. Even loyalty points are counted as a bonus. I'm letting my loyalty points build up to get an Amazon gift card. Just deposit and play. And one more important thing: read the terms and conditions, not verbatim, but scan them closely to see what's allowed and what's not.
