Price Increase of Over 50 percent
So I just received an email that my subscription pricing is going up by more than 50%. Tell me a little more about that would you? As a 4 year customer, I'm anxious to hear why. Thanks - David I don't need the new features and I'm happy with the current offering. Don't spin it. It's a price increase...speaking of transparency.

Hi David, I do want us to be as transparent as possible on why we are increasing our prices and that you are notified should there be any changes. As part of an ongoing effort to enhance our product and simplify our pricing structures, we’ve eliminated our Basic account level (which is the level of your previous subscription). We are proud to have you utilize the new features we are offering to the Pro subscription. Should you need to cancel, please let us know. We appreciate that you have been a user with us for so long!

Started a new trial but cancelled…
Started a new trial but cancelled within the trial period and still charged a$120 subscription fee! Not to mention the only document I made would not load, so this account was pointless! Awful.

DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!
I am a student who is currently in school and I want to warn anyone who uses this app. 5 hours into my work I was told that it had to many pages attached and I would have to go on a free trial to be able to have the current amount of pages. I deleted three pages and it still wasn't enough, then for curiosity I deleted all pages accept 1 and it still said there was too many. (If you don't have the "free" trail you cant claim/ download your work).In result of this I missed my deadline and all my marks went down. This website is a SCAM! Its not a free trail if it requires your credit card info. thanks for dropping my grades and wasting my time Lucidpress.

Skip this company and try one with a conscience~
Unfortunately I fell prey to a company that lures you to try do a trial of their product and then makes it very difficult or impossible to cancel or get a refund. Skip this company and try one with a conscience.

I have also had a bad experience with…
I have also had a bad experience with the company. I canceled the plan that day I was charged and have not been able to receive a refund for $360.00.

This company stole my money it seems…
This company stole my money it seems this company has employees that steal card details and use them I am at the moment in a legal battle trying to retreive my money they have a number of fraud transactions so stsy clear
