The Lucid Air GT I bought 3y ago has been near flawless - service was fantastic when we had a flat tire as they drove out w new wheel& tire and took the flat one away. Any service issue they fix during my annual checkup - nothing major.
The over their updates are frequent and helpful too.
Love the ride handling and stereo and the efficiency is amazing - drove West Van to Kelowna over 2 mountain ranges last spring and had >100km left when I arrived in Kelowna.

Lucid only cares about you until they…
Lucid only cares about you until they consummate the sale. Once delivery is made, customer support fails to respond— no education of how the car works, its features, or its capabilities. Buying this car was a HUGE mistake. Buyer beware!

1/2 star if possible only for the car-…
1/2 star if possible only for the car- but so many glitches.
Pathetic is also generous as a word for the callous and non existent customer service.
Rear view camera not working and according to customer service it is not a problem to drive like that.
Lawyers should be focusing on this with the company- any crash- this company should be sued!!!

Misled at Time of Lease – Now Locked Out of DreamDrive Pro on My New Lucid Air GT
I’m a two-time Lucid customer and early supporter who just leased my second Lucid Air—this time upgrading to the Grand Touring model. At the time of lease, I was explicitly told by a sales representative at the Miami Studio that DreamDrive Pro was not worth purchasing because assisted driving was not going to be available for some time. Based on that guidance, I leased the vehicle with only DreamDrive Premium.
Now I’ve learned that assisted driving is being released on July 30, and because my vehicle lacks DreamDrive Pro, I’ll miss out on a feature I greatly wanted and would have gladly paid for had I not been misled.
I reached out to Lucid Support and was told there’s nothing they can do—no upgrade option, no workaround, no customer-first solution. As a loyal Lucid owner who has invested significant money and faith in this brand, this lack of accountability and flexibility is extremely disappointing.
All I’m asking for is a fair opportunity to access the features I was steered away from based on inaccurate or misleading information from a Lucid representative. I am even willing to pay to upgrade, but to be told “too bad” is unacceptable from a company that markets itself on innovation and customer experience.
I hope this complaint reaches the leadership team and prompts Lucid to make this right—not just for me, but for others who might find themselves in a similar situation

Most Horrible Service
Wonderful car with the most horrible service. I ordered my car in December and was supposed to receive it February. The delivery got delayed. And then it was delayed again. So, I said I really like the car , let me get the car similar to what ordered from the stock. And they did, they found it. It was a bit more expensive, had a few extra features but I really couldn’t wait anymore so I accepted it. My only concern were the low profile tires with which I had poor experience before. But they assured me that these tires are really great, much more reliable than on any other car I had before. And God forbid something happened, they ll give full service, they ll replace tires, they will give me a loaner, they even mentioned something about one year warranty… Well, I drove under 3,000 miles in four months, two tires blew up. Service non-existent, warranty is a smoking mirror, the response from the dealership is complete ignoring.
Conclusion: great ride and horrendous service. They care about the customer only till the sale is complete. Don’t buy it because they will spit at you the moment you will need any service from them!

Lucid Service/Support Nightmare - Grand Touring Customer
We own a 2022 Grand Touring (Sticker Price $140K). Incredible car, until something goes wrong. Support is nothing short of nightmarish. We are currently working through issues with the exterior camera system that went completely dark & no longer works, phone charging pad that also doesn’t work, and temperamental trunk closing struts that rarely work. The Homelink Garage opener is also filled with issues so we just use our clicker….Still one month into the journey & patiently waiting for parts & scheduling service at a third party garage that Lucid contracts. We are extremely concerned at this point…and it gets even more regrettable daily.
Another added frustration came recently while one of Lucid’s mobile service technicians were at our home, attempting to repair our Grand Touring. The technician advised us to take advantage of a new recall/rebate for all weather floor mats.
Considering our original floor mats are pristine, and we do not need to replace them, the technician pointed out the rebate program for reimbursement & floor anchoring that would help prevent our current mats from sliding around the floor.
In turn, we were instructed to order new mats on the website, which costed $307.50, to take advantage of the program. Technician even helped us order the item to ensure we did it correctly.
We received the new floor mats but unfortunately, the mats sold on Licid’s website are only compatible with 2024 models or newer....which doesn't work for our 2022 GT. We literally were told to buy incompatible floor mats that we didn't need in the first place, and they don’t fit nor align.
Upon reaching out to the technician for help - Our technician told us the Website store is a different part of Lucid & he couldn't help fix the issue. He took full responsibility for the miscommunication but said his hands were tied to genuinely help, and we were on our own to battle the website store. In turn, we have been calling every number/department we can, just to get a resolution.
After countless hours across several days since, we got the standard response via email laying out the financial penalties we'd face by trying to return these incompatible floor mats...we must pay for the return label, we will have the original shipping costs of $40 deducted from our reimbursement, and a 15% restocking fee. Super nice people.
After many more hours of calling, and begging for anyone to help us...we finally got some marginal help with a return label & removing the "15% Restocking Fee" but, we are still being charged $40 for the initial shipping.
In turn, we returned the mats which were received by Lucid, according to FedEx tracking. So now Lucid has the floor mats in hand BUT, We haven’t received any confirmation nor reimbursement for the return, so we went back to calling into the Website store again - just to get a run around that no one can help us, no managers nor supervisors are available, and someone will call us back....which never happens.
All over some FLOOR MATS we didn't need in the first place....
Would love our $$ back. Would love reassurance that Lucid isn't fraudulent. Would love to see anyone at Lucid resolve a simple issue, admit a silly error, and make things right…oh, and we’re still struggling to get an assortment of issues fixed with the car.
If you’re looking to buy a Lucid, don’t. If you need service or support, it’s an awfulexperience that will drain your time and $$….& the Lucid team truly does not seem to care whatsoever. Run away.

Horrible Service
I have had my Lucid Air Touring (sticker price about $100k) for over six months now. About 30 days ago I was on the highway and got a flat going highway speeds. Only option was the Lucid delayed. Anyway, the original “estimate” when the car came in was around $1200. Then the next day it jumped to over $6,000. Lucid has kept my car hostage for almost a month while my insurance company investigates their outrageous $300/ hour labor charges to change a tire, a rim, a couple of a sensors and cheap plastic undercarriage cover that has fallen off more than once already. This is AFTER the insurance company has paid out $200 an hour to the same lucid dealer for service a month ago on other claims from other clients. This is the Lucid in Miami. The Service Manager is Mary Ann Jaramillo and the “Client Advisor” is Israel Vazquez. I will never in my life buy another Lucid again. I also advise for nobody to either.
