Missing patches, told me to finish it myself
Received an unfinished jacket, missing the patches that make it recognizable to the anime it's from. They sent me the missing patches and told me to sew them on myself. I asked for either a completed jacket to be sent to me or for some of my money refunded to cover the cost of taking it to a tailor. They would only offer me a discount on a future purchase, as if I'd ever buy from them again.
