Bought a jacket at Seattle Con for my girlfriend. It was to small for her but I reached out on instagram and was able to exchange the jacket and get a custom sized one shipped out to me. Love having a custom piece with real people behind the scenes! Thanks so much.

Where to start? Their staff, their selection, the fact that they take their time with every customer. The on site custom measurements and professionalism, not to mention the attention to detail and conversational approach. It took a few months to get my custom order from last year's ECCC in Seattle finished and delivered, but the quality, material, design, and craftsmanship is beyond compare and worth every penny. I absolutely love my Akira jacket, it fits perfect and breaths so we'll I could wear it every day. Getting the designers signature on the inner liner was such a surprise, all I had intended that day was to thank them for the finished product and tell them, as a company, how happy I was with my purchase. Leaving with a photo and signature was above and beyond what I was expecting, thank you Luca for making my experience and purchase amazing beyond belief!

I got a Redhood jacket at this years FanExpo, and I was short of 10 dollars to get the jacket which made me sad. The designer of the jackets was nice enough to pay the rest of the 10 dollars and let me have the jacket. This was a really nice thing he did and all I could say is I would definitely buy a jacket from these guys again.
