Very nice very helpful, excellent designs

My jacket got here on time which is great! But when my friend (who I bought it for ) tried on the jacket it fit perfectly in the arms however she can not zip it up do to the size being in the waist I'm not sure what happened there but she loves it none the less. Also one of the arms was sown twisted up so it is a little difficult getting the arm in but it is possible.

Overal, I give the product I recieved 5 stars because of it's good material, comfort and design. The product also came in good conditions. I go with 4 stars because the customer service needs improvement. My order took months to arrive and there was barely any communication at all. Took too long to get a reply when asking about my order.

(3.5/5 I rounded up) I ordered my while at a con, and the salesman made it very clear that all sales were final. I even asked, what if it doesn't fit and his response was, "it will". Anyway, I received the confirmation email and then no other communications for weeks. Eventually, I reached out to them and it took a few tries but once I got a hold of someone they were able to find my order and let me know the that it would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately it ripped right on the shoulder blade as soon as I put it on but I may have gone a little too far in swinging my arms while getting a feel for it. More recently I left a review that lead to a lot of back and forth ending with Luca himself calling to apologize for the issues. He was very curiosity and polite and gave me pointers for how I could repair the jacket and even how to hide any imperfections should they arise from the repair. In reflection most of the issues I have had was due to lack of response but once I actually got a hold of someone everything has been taken care of. Though, I think whoever is responsible for responding to this review site jumped the gun in trying to have my review removed, I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt and call that a misunderstanding due to technical issues on their side (as the owner told me). I hope they can get it all fixed up so that no one else has such issues again. I'm going to be giving another jacket I bought while at the con to my GF and see how she likes it. And I'll work to see what I can do to fix what I have and take the owner up on their offer to help me out. Based on those things I'll reevaluate my rating in the coming months.

I purchased my grey Autobot jacket from Emerald City Comic Con 2023. The staff were very informative and engaging which made my experience exciting. The product took longer to get to me than I expected but the quality of the jacket was top notch. Highly recommend.

Quality of the jacket was fantastic. I was a bit skeptical on the spend for essentially a blind buy, not being able to see/feel/touch the product, but let me tell you… once it arrived I was completely blown away.

Pricey but worth it it’s quality
