Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely glad to hear that you received your order safely and are happy with the product. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding the tracking information. In some cases, international shipments can generate multiple tracking updates or labels within the FedEx system, which can understandably cause concern. That said, we’ve carefully reviewed our inbox and were unable to locate an email regarding this issue. We pride ourselves on prompt responses, as reflected in our communication here, and we would have absolutely addressed your question right away had we received it. If you’re open to it, please feel free to forward the original message to us at [email protected] so we can investigate further. For future reference, we’re also available via live chat on our website and by phone during business hours if anything ever feels urgent. We truly appreciate your business, especially as an international customer, and we’re glad everything ultimately arrived safely. If there’s ever anything we can assist with moving forward, we’re here to help.
