Fantastic company! They provide a real white glove service. I was nervous to start on something that required regular injections - but they walked me through everything, answered all my questions, were there round the clock when I was uncertain what to do, and they really helped give me the confidence I needed to start. Best customer service out there by far!

I’ve had a great experience with Lttl so far! The questionnaire was quick and easy, and my medication arrived promptly. Everything was carefully packed with ice and included all the supplies I needed to get started. I also appreciate having access to a patient portal where I can easily review my treatment plan and find all the information I need. I’m now in my fifth week and feeling great! The care coaching has been especially helpful. It’s nice to have someone to discuss goals like meal planning and exercise with, while also helping me stay motivated and accountable. The support team has always been kind and friendly, too. With so many brands to choose from, I’m glad I chose Lttl!
