I've been following the Low Stress Trading method for seven months now and have made income every single week. GOOD money, over 20% return in six months. My brother has been doing it for a year and my sister about ten months, and they too have made money every week - as well as three friends I have encouraged to join. Before joining LST I never dared get involved in investing or financial markets in any way whatsoever. Despite having a successful career in media, the world of investing felt like a black box I would never understand. But now I feel not just totally comfortable trading options but competent as well. John and Troy are AMAZING teachers, I feel like I have learned a whole new world that not only is very, very lucrative, but has also been so fun BECAUSE I understand it so well (thanks to T&J). It feels easy and I now feel more financially secure than ever before in my life.

Before I made my first trade three weeks ago, I watched the videos a number of times, read Troy's book more than once, went to all the newbie calles with Lesley. My first two weeks .. perfect, expired contracts ... This last week I made a mistake. Against the warnings from Troy re: good portfolio management I put all of my 5,000 into one sector, that sector tanked ... I followed the rolling rules and then saw (because that is how I learn), ohhhhh that is how this works ... Troy says this over and over again .. and that is it is our mindset we get to watch ... my mistake was not making the trade ... my mistake was making the trade because I felt I NEEDED to make it now instead of giving myself some breathing room ... Mindset ... that was my mistake ... I share this with the newbies because as Troy says, you will meet yourself ... and I am saying, even with that .... the program works ... it is the only program I know of that I still get to earn while I am learning ...

My experience with anything regarding the stock market was owning three stocks and sitting on them for years. Then a friend of mine told me about Low Stress Trading. I never met Troy Broussard before, but have heard his name many times over the last 20 years. Also, after reading the sales page all the way through, I knew this was just what I was looking for. Zero options experience - but after joining I was impressed by a few things... very thorough training, many MANY Zoom meets (almost daily), even the emails are full of great tidbits and training. Following the training and the LST framework, I have been averaging almost 1.5% in premiums every week. I made back my initial investment and paid for the membership for the foreseeable future. As of this review, I have been trading for three months. I am thankful every day for LST.

This is the first trading group I've been a part of where the owners ACTIVELY discourage newbies from taking trades or buying other products until they're ready for it. Troy & John truly care about you getting results and I've been extremely impressed with the premium I have made so far (1.72% weekly). I have traded before and it is a bit overwhelming at first, but there's a reason they tell you to go through the materials twice or three times before taking your first trade. Overall, I've never been happier with a trading program!

After 8 weeks in the group and 6 weeks of trading I earned more than the initial cost! I can't recommend this program highly enough! 8/12/25 - I thought an update was in order since I'm 16 weeks in now and averaging the advertised 1% per week! Truly amazing and super "Low Stress!" 6/29/26 - Now 13 months in and I can't say enough about this program! The support by the entire Low Stress team and all the members in the community is so amazing. I'm now trading 3 different accounts and averaging over 1% a week! It has allowed me to "rewire" quitting my multi decade set of clients. You do this all yourself with Troy and John providing the video training, weekly calls and other weekly calls to get you started and more comfortable with the framework. As Nike says, "Just Do It." You won't regret it!

The Low Stress Trading sales pitch seemed too good to be true, but thankfully it was recommended by someone I trust so I gave it a chance. Boy, am I glad I did - this is a financial game changer. I've never traded before in my life, but it was quick to learn and the community is very helpful; nothing but good people. I'm so thankful to be a part of the program.

Low Stress Trading delivers on its promises and then some. We learned about the program through a friend and were interested and excited to give it a try. To say it has over delivered is an understatement. The value added is way above the cost. The community and the website tools are invaluable, the training videos give you everything you need to understand and carry out the trades and the Monday (weekly) calls are the most important hour of every week. The framework has some nuance to it, so all the interactions help to really flesh that out so you are comfortable making the decisions at every step. Even though you're trading on your own you don't feel like you're doing it alone. Troy and John are there to support and guide you as you make the decisions. They are clearly as excited about the program as we are and genuinely care about the success of the members. We can't thank them enough for sharing their insights and "teaching us all to fish"

I've been blown away by the quality of the training, the consistency of the results, and the commitment to member success shown by the founders. They've done a great job. I earned back my initial investment in the first month, and then quickly 2x and 3x that! I've recommended the program to multiple people.
