I booked yesterday a flight to Mexico, when I called they told me I had to pay an extra $150 to confirm return flight. No e mail stating this . I call back today to cancel , they told me someone would call me back in half an hour but no one did . I call again , eventually get through & when I speak to them & tell them I wish to cancel they hang up on me . Dreadful service & STILL awaiting an e mail confirming my cancellation Update as of 29th October, they sent me an e mail saying they'd cancelled my booking but then yesterday took over $500 out of my account. They are a total scam & when I called them they deny any of this , lied to my face . Warning - do not touch this so called company , total scam

5/5/2024 I was honestly upset when the tickets that I booked somehow was no longer available. Mr. John was very professional about it and did all he could to help me find what I originally booked. He even talked to the car rental company for me, to see if it was possible for me to return the vehicle at another airport. That didn't work out but he kept his word and called me right back after he took some time to help plan something else to get the flight we needed. I appreciate that. He made an unfortunate situation better. Thanks, John. **UPDATE AS OF 5/18/2024* THIS APPARENTLY A SCAM. THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH WAS DUE TO JOHN CALLING ME AND SAYING MY ORIGINAL FLIGHT I PURCHASED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I ENDED UP PAYING A LITTLE MORE TO GET A "GUARANTEED" FLIGHT, BUT SINCE IT WAS DISCOUNTED, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE FLIGHT INFO YET. HE WILL PROVIDE ME THE INFO AS SOON AS THE FLIGHTS GETS RELEASED. I PAID AHEAD OF TIME AND WAITED. I NEVER GEARS ANYTHING BACK SO I TRIED FOR DAYS TO GET A HOLD OF JOHN BUT NO LUCK. FINALLY GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THE TICKETS HAVEN'T BEEN RELEASED YET, I WILL GET IT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. I GET A TEXT THE NIGHT BEFORE SAYING THE SAME THING. FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED DUE TO OVERBOOKING. NOT MY FAULT! I TOLD HIM THAT HE GUARANTEED IT. HE ACKNOWLEDGED BUT STILL TRIED TO HAVE ME PAY MORE TO GET A FLIGHT. RIDICULOUS! NOW HE'S NOT REPLYING TO TEXTS AND I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR OVER 2 HOURS WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED THAT CLAIMED 24/7 LIVE AGENTS. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HIM, WE DONT HAVE A FLIGHT BACK AND CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE -100 SCORE IF I COULD. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Scam scam scam

Very unprofessional,be careful while using them.

I booked some plane tickets for my family in this company, if it really is a company, because my family was at the airport all day, they sent us about 5 times the confirmation number, and the number they sent us was never correct. I lost my money and my family lost all day thanks to them. And what bothers me the most is that my children were very happy because they would come to see their father and they couldn't get there thanks to this travel agency.
