I received no help at all. I explained I lost my job during the pandemic, and this caused financial hardship for several months. I have been fortunate to start working again, but the pandemic drained my savings and put my credit in a bad place. Since I’ve returned to work my credit has started to turn around, but none of this was considered. I find this so called help a joke.

I provided all the information requested and only received an e-mail asking me to contact a specific mortgage provider. No information on interest rates or types of loans. I can locate mortgage providers easily with out this app.
