expensive fees Credit union are covering fees

You hear that you can refinance, but if your credit score is low nobody will help you, I haven't missed any payments and asked for help, yet it's not good enough, I can provide proof of income, that's not any help, they say the government is making it easier but that's a lie, tired of getting turned down, you guys weren't any help

I appreciated Clarence. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to understand the loan process and difference made in refinancing.

False advertising and rude customer service.

We were hoping & actually under the impression that no matter what the situation, credit score, financial hardship, etc that we could be helped. Didn't work out for us though.

I didn’t expect much just because I didn’t know what to expect. I was happily surprised with how well and smoothly everything has gone. I was going to refinance through AmeriSave but when I put in my and my husbands information I was referred QuickenLoans and it’s been a wonderful experience!
