I've been following Kitty's work for a while now, and the thing that stands out for me about her is the way she shows up for this community in ways that go well beyond what anyone is paying her to do. She advocates, she speaks up, and she does the thankless, unglamorous part of the work required to truly empower people.
Nontraditional relationships are complicated. The people navigating them deserve someone who genuinely understands what that means. Kitty doesn't just understand it. She lives it. Every.Single.Day. If my relationship were on the brink of ending, she is the one person I would trust to guide us back.

Life changing experience…
I sought out Kitty Chambliss and the Loving Without Boundaries program after coming to a crossroads in a relationship and trying to decide whether to let it go or fight for it. I thought I was arriving to save my relationship, but what I was really there to do was learn myself.
While the program is often associated with non-traditional relationship structures, what I found was something far more universal. The tools I learned fundamentally changed how I relate to myself during emotionally hard times. I learned how to interrupt unhelpful mental spirals, check the accuracy of my internal narratives, regulate my nervous system, communicate more clearly, and seek support in healthier ways.
The coaching is structured, practical, and grounded, and Kitty facilitates the work in a way that makes complex emotional concepts accessible and immediately usable in real life. These skills now show up for me not just in relationships, but in my professional life, decision making, and everyday moments when things feel challenging.
What stands out most is that this program doesn’t push a single model for how people “should” love or live. Instead, it builds self-trust, emotional responsibility, and resilience - skills that apply regardless of relationship style, life stage, or circumstances.
This work has forever changed me, and as a bonus, my relationship with both myself and my partner are flourishing. If you’re looking for coaching that creates lasting, practical change, not just insight in the moment, this program delivers.

We were merely coexisting before
We were merely coexisting before, ignoring issues to get through the day. This program equipped us with the skills to communicate effectively, allowing us to resolve conflicts and emotional triggers with ease. Now, our relationship is built on a foundation of trust and mutual support we never thought possible.

Skillful coaching and keen insight
I have been working with Kitty for years and just when I think I can't be any more impressed with her, she pulls out yet another fantastic level of insight that dazzels me even more! Kitty's compassionate nature is perfectly balanced by her skillful coaching and keen understanding of the challenges associated with trying to be a decent human being in a complicated life. I routinely refer clients to Kitty and they are always satisfied with the excellent results they get when working with the team at Loving Without Boundaries.

Forever Changed
Kitty and the Loving Without Boundaries crew are absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been together for 10 years, and recently navigating a consensual non-monogamous relationship wouldn't have been possible with them. This experience has been life altering in the best ways for both my husband and me. We have reconnected, found acceptance, and are in a much better place now than we would have been without their guidance.
I am eternally grateful to Kitty and the LWB crew for helping us learn more about ourselves and how to live our most authentic lives full of love and acceptance for ourselves as well as each other.

Kathy Labriola LOVES Kitty Chambliss'…
Kathy Labriola LOVES Kitty Chambliss' "Jealousy Survival Guide!"
Kitty Chambliss is best known for her “Loving Without Boundaries” podcast. However, she is also making waves with her terrific “Jealousy Survival Guide.” This book asks these key questions:
“Who do you want to show up as? Do you want to be a frazzled, crazed, drama-creating, stressed-out person who gets in a jealous rage and potentially damages your relationships? Or do you want to come from a compassionate, loving, understanding place, practicing patience with yourself and others, and create inner peace for yourself and a feeling of safety for others?”
Kitty’s book is filled with step by step instructions to help you overcome many of the most common challenges of jealousy in polyamorous relationships.
As world-renowned polyamory scholar Dr. Eli Sheff says, “Kitty does the homework for you,” calling the book “A delightfully useful read!”
First, Kitty outlines some of those jealousy experiences that will probably sound familiar to poly folks: possessiveness, low self-esteem, need for control, vulnerability, fears of loss.
She identifies 3 types of jealous reactions:
Disruptive jealousy: trying to sabotage your partner’s relationships or punish your partner for having another relationship,
Constructive jealousy: riding out your jealous feelings, asking for support, and “building your jealousy muscles” with repeated practice,, and
Compersion: behaving lovingly to your partner and their other partners and gradually developing positive and supportive feelings towards your partner having other relationships.
She outlines her four-part program to help you move from disruptive jealousy to constructive jealousy and eventually to some amount of compersion.
The first component of her program is Defusion, which means detaching as much as possible from our jealous fears of losing our partner or receiving less of their time and attention, and questioning whether these are actually a reflection of reality.
Second in her program is Compassion: using mindfulness techniques to develop and practice loving kindness towards ourselves, our partners, and our metamours.
Third is what Kitty calls “Commitment to your personal core values.” She provides a terrific exercise for identifying our core values, including your values about relationships and how you can be your best self in your relationships.
Last but DEFINITELY not least, the forth component of her program is Communication, developing excellent communication skills and communicating calmly, clearly, lovingly, and frequently with your partner about your feelings, needs, and desires,.
While good communication is important in any relationship, the complexity of CNM relationships and the intense feelings that can be triggered in poly situations requires a much higher level of communication skills, and Kitty provides lots of communication techniques, as well as links to additional training and resources to improve communication in your relationships.
Thanks Kitty for showing us how it’s done!” Want to make your poly journey easier and with more joy and less angst? This is a "must have" book for your “polyamory bookshelf,” and is packed with great techniques for how to manage and reduce your jealousy in CNM relationships.

If you have doubts, please read this. This program gave me my life back.
I convinced my wife to sign up for the program. We'd been separated for a few months and had been in couples therapy for years and couldn't make headway. I did the program and it was truly transformative, my wife didn't show up at all save a couple of calls. The bare minimum to be in a marriage or any relationship is, you have to show up. She didn't and that relationship had to end but the communication and conflict resolution tools I learned are priceless, the mindset shifts tremendous and powerful (thanks Bea!), the mindfulness and meditation awakening (Eric!), and to have a dynamic and loving coach who could see right to my core to guide me (Kitty!!) just made the experience of leaving the marriage I was trying to save a huge growth opportunity and I am much happier for it. The program also has a wonderful community of current students and graduates to lean on.
I feel as though I am awake, aware, have a positive mindset and goals set to achieve, and have an adventure ahead of me despite not achieving the goal of reconciliation. Letting go of outcomes and becoming the best version of myself, full of kindness, respect, love and empathy puts me in the driver's seat for my life and my happiness. All those years of therapy and what I really needed was coaching to look inward to be able to see forward. I implore anyone struggling in their relationship(s) to sign up, buy in completely, and do the work. You won't regret it. Coach Kitty and her team can get you there.

Coach Kitty is phenomenal
Coach Kitty is phenomenal. She listens SO non-judgmentally and brings decades of experience to her coaching conversations. And she truly has been in the non-monogamous (/polyamorous) relationship space as an educator, speaker, and coach LONG before most people dared speak about it publicly. As it becomes more and more mainstream, there's no one I would trust more than a thought-leader like Kitty.
If you are having challenges in a non-monogamous family, relationship, situationship, or if you just need a safe space to ask questions, you literally just stumbled across the best in the world. Working with her is a no-brainer; if you're smart enough to work with her before she gets big, consider yourself extremely lucky.
