1 Star would be to much of a rating for this company, their product looks great on their website and if you’re lucky to get your order the material is cheap like is from china, they’ll send partial order 2 years after you placed your and wait longer for the rest of the order and their customer service is the worse, no response to email and/or no one to contact. Worse experience ever!!

Bought a “team kit” over a year ago, never received product. Got the run around , and excuse after excuse. DO NOT BUY from the “brand” - go elsewhere and spend your money on reputable brands.

Engaño total y ellos solo riéndose del engaño…. Me dicen que ya fue enviado un paquete y que revise mis emails… enviaron un email desde otra cuenta “thriatlon kits” con un correo electrónico diferente y donde mandaban un link del servicio postal USPS… al tratar de seguir el “envío” la compañía menciona que “fueron contactados para recibir un paquete “ pero que aún no lo tienen en su poder para poder enviar al destinatario … finalmente es otro engaño más de esta “empresa” espero esta experiencia les sirva a otros para para este circo que tienen montado

8 months ago I did a custom design with LTP and they made a mistake and charged me twice.. till this day I have not received my money back.. guess this is stealing??? Yesterday a friend told me she is dealing with the same issue. She ordered a suit in January and hasnt receive it or any email from the company. Robbery? Stealing?

Love the Pain and the owner Ben Haas stole almost $1,000 from me. I placed multiple orders between September/October 2022 and have not received them. I called their customer service as well as Ben Haas. They told me lies about shipping and production times. They will not refund my money.

I placed multiple orders in nov-dec last year. The brand sent out emails saying production was behind which was totally fine because it’s a small business. It’s now 6+ months later. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with understanding update requests and have never so much as received even the most basic response. It’s really sad to say but next step is to contact the better biz office and my bank to let them know it’s a scam It makes me very sad because I was so excited about the product and brand If you shop with them just know your order will be charged but never ever deliver

SCAM!!!! I ordered two base layers on January 4th, 2023. I still have not received my order as of May 11, 2023. I've followed up numerous times with no reponse. The one time I've gotten a non-bot response, I was told (like many others)..."oh looks like it was lost in the mail", followed by a promise to resend within the week. Still nothing! Complete Thieves...DO NOT BUY!

SCAM! Avoid ordering from Love The Pain. I am waiting for my order which was paid 2nd April 2021 till May2023! More than 2 years full of fake info from LTP. They are ignoring emails, online chat. Only way to get response is post on instagram story with tagging them. After few times you will get blocked by them. Without getting refund or your paid items. Please be awere of giving your money to this SCAMMER you all cycling / running / triathlon / ironman community <3
