Wish I'd googled reviews before ordering. I emailed them at the end of August asking them if I ordered 2 suits would they arrive by 21st September for a race I was doing. I was told by someone supposedly called Ben Haas that he would personally make sure it was made and sent straight away. I'm in Australia so I even paid a stupid amount for express postage. 2 weeks later I emailed inquiring how they are going and got no reply. I emailed a few more times with no reply. I messaged through Instagram and was told my emails have all been replied to. I contacted again through their 'contact us' on website and received a reply saying ' are you receiving our communications '? They then didn't reply again until I threatened with action. Their response was, ' what's the issue!!!' I replied once again and surprise.. no more response. I have followed this company for a few years and was originally so excited to finally afford a trisuit from them however I am now just greatly disappointed and disgusted in their unprofessional business and attitude. Wish I had found these reviews earlier! It seems I’m not the only one! I placed two orders at the end of may. It arrived 4 month later after countless emails I sent and they told me they where on holidays I’m missing 3 of the 5 items I ordered and one of the ONLY two items is the wrong size. 🫠 they don’t answer emails, IG messages and they even blocked me. TOTAL SCAM UPDATE: I sent a threat telling them I was going to report them to federal trade and they answered saying they sent everything and in correct sizes! It seems I am a liar and scam artist myself… I have reported them anyway. To bad they answer only this way. Also forgot to add that they are VERY rude!

I placed an order Nov 2022 for two jerseys and a pair of bibs. they said they would be shipped within 4-6 weeks. It is now Aug 2023 and still no product. I have been talking with Josh Smith ever since my items had not shown up. Josh kept asking for my order number even though I would reply with the previous email chain with all that information. I requested a refund and they said "it is too late for that. We cannot refund you. We will ship your items in the next week." (told me that 4 times now) And still no items. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. Thieves

Zum Vorgang: 1. Anfang November 2022 tätigte ich eine Onlinebestellung in USA bei „Love the Pain“ 2. Bis heute ist trotz sofortiger Belastung der Bestellung (455,42 EUR) keine Ware eingetroffen 3. Lt. Internet sind extreme Verzögerungen bei LovethePain „normal“ 4. Allerdings hat die Firma trotz mehrmaliger Mails außerhalb und innerhalb des Kundenzugangs nicht auf meine Anfragen reagiert 5. Und…seit einigen Wochen ist auch meine Bestellung im Warenkorb nicht mehr sichtbar, auch auf diese Anfrage folgte keine Reaktion. Mit anderen Worten: das ist in meinen Augen unseriös und in meinem Fall ein klarer Betrug!!!! Tolle Kleidung, miserabler Service und ganz klar: Finger weg!!!

I ordered 1 try suit and two running shirts, one for myself and one for my wife. These were custom orders placed in December 2022 and I did not receive the suit and my wife's shirt until May of 2023 and I have yet to receive my running shirt as of August 2023. They did not make the custom order as we had discussed and changed the design without notice and refused to make it right. They refuse to refund my money. They have lied to the BBB stating that all items have been sent, which if you look at the multiple complaints on the BBB website about this company, this seems to be a recurring issue. They have lied to me over multiple emails for 7 months and now have stolen my money due to their refusal to send the product I ordered or refund my money. Just know if you do business with them, you likely will not receive your product nor your money back and they will simply stop communicating with you.

I ordered on Dec 1st 2022 and am still waiting. At first they are really friendly - but as soon as you purchase: Horrible customer service. No replys to emails or the occasional reply saying "we are going to send it next week". It's been 9 months! I want my money back.

I bought a custom trisuit, cycling jersey and podium shirt. After 3 months ..saying that i would contact the bank to cancel the payment they met with me and made the custom trisuit then had to chase them again to produce it and send it. Never designed the cycling jersey and podium shirt and after 1 year sending mails and instagram messages they said all was sent.. i answered "how could you send me a custom product that was never designed!" and they blocked me. Dont buy at this company. I made my new custom suit with Bioracer and is better quality, cheaper and they dont scam you. Also heard that Wynn makes excellent custom trisuits.

Sadly have to update this review from June. After a fantastic first experience, LTP offered to work with me on a custom suit for my first full Ironman attempt. I had a call with the designer and paid for it the week of June 12. Since then it’s been a run-around and the 4 to 6 week process I was promised is on 2+ months with no suit, and no way of getting it to me by my race. Also place an outlet order and that hasn’t shipped either. Disappointed because despite the negative reviews, my first experience was great, but sadly they seem to be back to their old ways. OUTDATED: Love the pain was great to work with. Fast responses and shipping and a very high-quality product. The suit was incredibly comfortable and I felt confident all day wearing it. 10/10 would recommend if you want to be complimented often and feel comfortable while suffering on race day.
