Like everyone else I've been waiting for over three months, to get jersey. I wish I would have read the reviews before spending the money. Interestingly, if you look at the ONLY three positive reviews, they were written days apart from another. What are the odds ? I do believe its illegal to write false reviews about your own company.

If I could give zero stars I would. 8 months wait for products to arrive, even when paying the one week rush fee. Items finally arrive in the wrong print and wrong size. No response from their customer service to try to rectify the issues.

Ordered 3 suits in November 2019...still nothing. Absolutely disgusting. We will be talking this further! The fact they still advertise too, is just a joke. Never, never, never order from this company!

Have exactly the same problem as all the people here. Ordered two suits 6 months ago (on February 2020) still didn't get any shipping info only excuses and lies. I thought it was only me who didn't get anything but now reading all these reviews I realize that I was scammed too. Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, no action was taken at all yet. Next complaint will be filed with Internet Crime Complaint Center. (IC3) hope it will help.

My husband and I were excited to make a purchase because of their cool designs, but we ended up having a very bad experience. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s been 5 months, and no answer, no shipping and no refund. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!

already nine months of waiting! each weeks same lies from customer service, 'your order will be ready next week" but it never happens. now i try to get back my money with the help of my bank! if you try to write a bad comment about them in social media, they will block you. you cant find their legal name or address anywhere! THEY ARE SCAM!

Since more than 6 months i am waiting for my order >400$. Customer service keeps telling me the same excuses that they have problems because of covid. In the same time i get newsletters from them where they announce new products! I totally lost trust and i try to get back my money.

Received nothing! NO answer to my emails! When I tried to reach LOVE THE PAIN via Instagram, they blocked me. Never buy there!! There is also no imprint, they do not offer PayPal - a scam page! LOVE THE PAIN - a joke! they CAUSE FINANCIAL PAIN! To their Customers.
