It took exactly 2 years! Horrible!! Just horrible. I never ever(!!!) would order anything!! And I don’t suggest it at all!! Just horrible And I ordernd 1 Yes-R before the Pandemie started!! I Sender like 100 Mails! Very horrible! This is unacceptable!

My order is now open for MORE THAN ONE YEAR! I am asking for it on a constant basis (about once a month) and I was told that shipping is only one week away - for the past 6 months. Absolutely not acceptable. No refund offered. It is the second time that I have troubles with the delivery - last time it took them only (!) six months. However, I made the same mistake and ordered more items. Never again! I think that the company just does not want to ship abroad, so foreign buyers stay away!

Great marketing, very poor customer experience. I ordered a kit in November 2020 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I contacted them via email, mailbox on their website and Instagram but all I get is excuses and vague promises. I will never buy from them anymore.

Seriously. I ordered 2 running hats and 2 T-shirts and it literally took one year for them to fill the order. Trying to reach a person through their customer service is impossible. Out of the half-dozen emails I sent to their customer service account I got two canned responses, neither of which were in any way helpful. Finding a phone number is nearly impossible, and when I did I reached a voicemail account and my voicemail message was never returned.

We are sorry you feel this way. We make everything to order. Hats and tshirts are very quick. If you are a real customer you have plenty of methods to contact us. We do not have a phone number so we don't know where you left a message. We deal with 20 countries so at this time we are not able to take phone calls. If you sent emails that were unanswered we apologize however we suggest you check your junk or spam folders. Although we cannot verify you on here it appears your order was placed during the long lockdown here in Los Angeles. We have experienced over 3 shut downs during this crazy time.
