Love The PainReviews of lovethepain.com

Do not buy from this site. Ordered in Feb'21 despite all the horror reviews from the web. Now its 22May and still nothing. Demanded for a refund, get some fake ticket system full of excuses. Now they are not even replying. Buyers beware. Reeks of fraud and scam this company.

I placed an order over 300$ nearly three month ago. I was told that the delivery to Europe will take place in about 6-8 weeks. Since then I never heard from the company about any delivery problems. I wrote meanwhile 2 mails and never got a response. Worst communication I ever had. Really would like to receive my order or to be refunded. I normally buy almost everything online -also overseas- and I am used to wait for it some weeks, but never experienced such a bad customer service. Does leave a fraudulent impression...

Waited 18 months for garment; had probably sent 20 emails in the interim and wrong garment arrived....18 months later!! I wish it were not true. I ordered my product in December 2019. I emailed LTP many times since then and reaffirmed my order. It just arrived two days ago and was the wrong order. I suggest the Company own it’s shortcomings and work to address them rather than respite to childish name-calling. I’ve saved every single email with LTP since my order 18 months ago so I would caution against attacking your customer.

Customer service was the worst I have ever had experienced. My order took over 8months to receive. After waiting 2 months for my order I contacted customer service to inquire about my order. CS told me that there were supply issues and COVID had prevented employees from working. This is understandable. After 4 months of waiting on my order, I contacted CS again and I was told that the good news is that employees are working and my order should be ready to ship in a few weeks. Great! After about 5months of waiting, I contacted CS again but CS stopped responding to my inquiries and all inquiries thereafter. If the company could just communicate and let me know why there is a delay I may be upset but I would have probably understood and would still have the expectation that I would receive my order. The lack of response from CS lead me to believe that my money was gone and I had no expectation that I would actually receive anything from Love The Pain. Unfortunately, I like the clothes but I will never buy anything from this company again and if anyone asks me about my clothing I will actively discourage them from patronizing this company. As you can see, Love the Pain's response to my review is exactly what I mean by horrible customer service. Somehow it is my fault that I am unhappy that it took over 8 months to receive my order. I expected delays and was understanding about the delays but became annoyed when CS stopped responding to my inquiries. The delivery times stated on the webpage lead you to believe that your order may take weeks to one or two months not over 8 months. This is clearly a lack of managing customer expectations. If you take a quick search for reviews of Love the Pain you will see a plethora of reviews similar to mine.

I did not receive ordered clothes. Edit: Love the Pain wrote that this is „fake reviews”. Well, I have screenshots of the order (placed in November 2020) and also sevaral answers from Love the Pain stating that it would be sent “next week”, which never happened. I also have never received any tracking number.

I placed two orders in, Jan und Feb, in sum 740$. Until today, mid-may, nothing is delivered. My eMails to customer service are unanswered or answered after weeks. 6 weeks ago, they said, my products are now in production and that I receive a tracking number "soon". I am happy to get an answer from Love The Pain (see below). But it's just not true that I received the first order. I don't know why they are writing such nonsense.

If only I could give no stars. Love the Pain will only bring you Pain. I placed an order on 6 March for the amount of $420 USD - however as I’m in Australia with the exchange rate this is $550 AUD. I had a race that I wanted the kit for so sent a follow up email and received this response from Painhunter3 On 23 March - “ we apologise for this delay and inconvenience but we have been negatively affected by COVID-19. We are now back to full staff and scheduling all orders for production. We have been working as fast as we can to make sure we deliver everything. As soon as we ship it you will get an email with the tracking number..” Since this time I have sent further follow up emails and have received no response at all. Not only that but they have blocked me on Instagram - for no reason other than politely requesting someone contact me regarding my order. To add insult to this situation I continue to receive marketing emails from them clearly promoting the sale of goods that they simply will not deliver. Clearly their strategy is to use pro athletes to promote their products and then take advantage of the everyday consumer. As this company has failed in every way under consumer law, I am reaching out directly to the athletes who promote this product on Instagram to let them know that this company is a scam and that innocent people are losing money and that by their continued promotion of the product they are enabling this company to profit through scem. I would dearly love to either a) receive the products I ordered or b) get a full refund. I understand the impact of COVID-19 on small business however it’s not the only one impacted by COVID-19 - I work for a major global airline and have been a furloughed worker for over a year now - so I could certainly do with that $550 back in the bank. The actions of Love the Pain are unethical and illegal. If you place an order be aware you will lose out. UPDATE 21MAY21: regarding the LTP response to this review - no email correspondence has been received from this company at all. The order amount in USD was $420 which in AUD is $550 which is what I paid. It was for a jersey and 6 caps - not one cap per their reply. UPDATE 25JUNE21 : Although Love the Pain replied on 21 May 21 and said that my order was shipping “next week” - my order has not been shipped or delivered. Honestly - anyone who is thinking about buying anything from this vendor DO NOT!! UPDATE Nov 7 2021- it has been 9 months since I placed my order and still have not received my items. 9 months!!! Love the Pain is a SCAM!!!

I sure wish I would have looked up reviews prior to ordering. What they are doing is illegal in the US. I’ve messaged and emailed multiple times with zero response. I’m going to the BBB Monday. It seems they like to send their influencers freebies all the time yet those of us that have put out big hard earned dollars wait and wait and wait. Oh and your “terms” on the website seem to continue to change as the complaints roll in. My order # is LTP13347. I will be filing a legal claim. ** I am adding on to this since Love the Pains reply to disparage my review saying that my order is new and almost complete. I ordered over 10 weeks ago and that still does not change the fact that they have never responded to an email or a chat that I have sent. I have no agenda other than receiving the goods that I paid my hard earned money for in a reasonable amount of time and even AVERAGE customer service would be to reply to your customers when they reach out to you with questions. I just don’t even understand your reply as you think we are out to get you? I sincerely love your product and had heard great things about the performance. If you were honest and cared about the clients spending money with you and simply kept people in the honest loop of what is going on you wouldn’t have 100’s of bad reviews. I will even go as far to say that if you were to actually reach out and give even the slightest expectation of customer care that was backed up by as promised delivery..I will delete this and write a glowing review. The last thing I want to do is take the time and emotion to take this legal.
