The entire world is affected by supply issues, from raw materials to finish products. Neil, We hope you will look to change this review. This review has no bearing on our USA small business. We make to order by hand in Los Angeles with standard lead time of 4-6 weeks. You had to acknowledge this prior to being able to order. In addition we have multiple disclaimers that there are additional delays due to supply chain disruptions around the globe. This is something every individual in every industry is aware of. Your product was made and delivered. We feel this is a very unfair review based on absolutely nothing.

If you didn't get your order and its real then go to our online chat. It is possible that over the last 18 months during the pandemic, depending on where you are located, items are lost or stuck somewhere. Contact us and we will be happy to help. This is obviously a fake review because if you didn't get the product what are you reviewing? Contact us so we can get you your order and then you can review our products.

This review is completely fake and anyone who reads this should disregard it as so. This customer (we will post) received their merchandise well under the 4-6 weeks posted. The shirt they bought doesn't have a logo it is a stripe design. Care instructions are on their order confirmation and on our website. This item has no structured collar so there is not a place to sew a label.

What is this a review of? You ordered in March.. during all the shut downs and lock downs and shipping issues? We have nothing to do with any of that. We have been just as frustrated as you and the rest of the world. Love The Pain is going faster than ever and producing most goods in under a week now.

This person defrauded our company after receiving merchandise and communication. It's sad to see people like this taking advantage of using a credit card to chargeback custom made items.

Simply not a true statement. We can provide all tracking details. Once a package leaves our factory with a carrier we are not responsible for it. We have tracking that all your orders delivered to you. Fake Review

This customer is not in the USA and nothing they are saying is true. They have one box of items missing in the mail going to the Middle East. This is under investigation and claims are filed with the carrier.
