It was a super easy process to set up and the pictures turned out great! Loved the different filters and options for the photos. Pro-tip: you don’t have to text or email each photo to yourself…(like we thought had to be done)…once is all it takes then you’ll get a link that will take you to the whole gallery. Wish we knew that earlier but live and learn. Would definitely recommend Lovestream!

EDIT: since I am unable to reply to LoveStream’s response directly, I will address it here. 1. In advance of the event, I did request small edits to the graphic on my photo strip. The font being changed, tweaking the placement of graphic elements, and requesting the text to be lowercase. Per my original contract with LoveStream, I was allowed two edits. I received one initial mock up, requested changes, received an updated mock up, requested edits, and then received my final mockup. I’m not understanding how this exceeds their norm if that is what is stated in the original contract. 2. The equipment was received early. It was shipped to my in-laws’ home in advance of my son’s birthday party. I did the initial charging of the iPad the night before, but I did choose not to use the printer before the event in order to save the prints I paid for. This is why no issues were reported at that time. 3. The assertion that the printer issues stemmed from handling is ERRONEOUSLY false. After first use the printer did not work and customer support was contacted. 4. I should not have to contact support multiple times over the course of an event I am hosting. 5. I received 23 photos over the course of a 6 hour party. I just attempted to log in to my photo gallery to confirm, and LoveStream has deleted my gallery. 6. You may notice that there are no other negative reviews. If you’re smart, you’re questioning why that is. Surely not everyone has a positive experience with this product, right? Upon posting my experience, I was contacted by LoveStream (thanks, Ryan) and was offered a more substantial refund in exchange for signing a settlement agreement and deleting my negative review. I refused to take down my review and have not heard from them since. Ashley, the Customer Success Leader, looked me up on LinkedIn which feels intrusive and borderline intimidating. This leads me to question their practices. I’m not sure what she was hoping to gain by that, but I will not be intimidated into silence, nor will I censor my experience for their benefit. I’d like to preface this by stating I do not generally write reviews. However, the experience I had with this company has prompted me to do just that. I recently utilized this product, and I must say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the start, the quality did not meet my expectations. It was plagued with issues that rendered it almost unusable. I spent an inordinate amount of time at my child’s first birthday party on FaceTime with tech support attempting to resolve issues relating to the Photo Booth. Ultimately, I gave up, choosing to spend time celebrating my child instead of wasting my time attempting to get the equipment to work. The primary problem was the frequent malfunctions that required constant reboots, making it incredibly frustrating to use. I expected a reliable product, especially given the price I paid, but it fell short in every way. Customer service offered a minimal refund ($100 out of $475), which is inadequate considering the hassle I endured. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable solution, as my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Save your time and money.

The setup team was so helpful when we needed it! The booth was a huge success and so user friendly for wedding guests!

The directions were easy to follow and loved the videos. Everything worked great! I will note that the printer is a little slow (over 90 seconds to print one picture) so I would advise getting an upgraded printer or more than one printer to keep up with demand. I had a problem getting the equipment reconnected after the event so I could finish printing the photos that didn't have time to print -- I contacted customer service and they helping me immediately and got everything working again! Definitely a good experience overall and the pictures looked great!

Everyone enjoyed taking pics! And making the boomerangs were sooo much fun!! Fun times! Great memories!

I honestly couldn't recommend this team and product enough. I am SO thrilled I found them for our company events. I was able to run 4 different corporate events in three different locations (none of which i was on site for). It was flawless- support day of was incredible because the support leading up to it was impeccable. Their team was thoughtful and respectful of my time and day of support helped all of my volunteers. An incredible value. I am telling everyone at my company to use them for upcoming events.

Everything came as planned. They had great step by step directions. The picture quality was great. I had to contact the support line after hour with 5min before our event and they got back to us so quick and solved the problem.

We rented the photo booth for my son's prom dance and after prom party and it was a HIT with all of the kids! The setup was a breeze, customer service was fantastic (and available via text, which I loved! And really I only needed to contact customer service because I didn't watch any of the setup videos and just had a quick question...which was covered in the setup videos!) 100% will rent again!
