Everyone at the event enjoyed having their pictures taken, especially the children. It's great that people were able to have the pictures sent to them in real time and also able to see all of the pictures online.
Our attendant was great to work with. She was patient with me when I was stressing about the event. She was very encouraging when the children were a little shy. She did her best to get everyone in the big group pictures. I don't think anyone was cut out.
Overall, the booth was well worth the price. I will want it at any event I host.

So easy to setup and takedown!
What I loved about the service is that we didn't have to wait for anyone to show up and set up. We set up and took down everything ourselves. It was so easy to choose a design that we wanted for our photos. The equipment was shipped to us, and we shipped it back in the same box, so easy.

Lovestream was great to work with. We used the photobooth for a conference and shipping to and from was a breeze. Customer service was fantastic leading up to the event and the set up was easy for our team. We'd highly recommend using Lovestream for photobooth rentals!

An absolute fiasco and the lone stain on an otherwise flawless wedding day.
The “photo booth” is literally an iPad slapped onto a bargain-basement $200 printer. That’s it. No enclosure, no backup, no professional-grade components—just overpriced hobby gear shoved in a box and rented at premium rates. All your photos will be thrown in a password locked album, but the password will be given out to all your guests without discussing with you, and you won’t have any control over the photos that are displayed. If you need something removed, you’ll have to beg the company to do it for you.
The printer choked after a single photo and never recovered. According to Reddit threads and dozens of other reviews, this isn’t a fluke—it’s the norm. Even though the company remotely adjusted the printer, it still wouldn’t function the rest of the evening. We have over 300 photos taken and no one could print anything, and we even paid for extra paper!
Despite explicitly instructing staff to call my day-of coordinator, tech support blew up my phone in the middle of the reception, wasted precious time on pointless troubleshooting, and still delivered zero.
Post-event, customer service shrugged and said “that’s how the product works.” Translation: they know it’s broken and rent it out anyway.
Bottom line: save your money and your sanity. You could DIY the same setup for a fraction of the cost—and, unlike their rig, yours might actually work. Stay far away.
Edit: I have no outgoing calls to this company on my wedding day, so their claims of answering at 1am are a completely lie. I texted them at 9pm in the middle of the reception, while the printer consistently would not work, that is all.
We specifically chose this photobooth because it included a printer. The printer allowed people to take a psychical copy, not one that just lives on your phone. The company claiming that the printer malfunction is perfectly normal and that I should be satisfied because we took 300 photos on a rented iPad that we couldn’t print is literally some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. A partial refund is literally the least they could do, as I couldn’t even use the extra paper I purchased. I gave them an opportunity to fix their mistake and they act like I shouldn't have and just went right to a negative review.
LoveStream keeps trying to report this review to get it removed, because it looks bad for them, but I’ve provided Trustpilot all the necessary documentation to support my claims.
Please, for the sake of your wedding, use anyone else.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations—especially on such an important day. That’s never the feeling we want any of our clients to walk away with.
Our photo booths are intentionally designed to be modern, easy to set up, and fun to use. While many of our customers appreciate the streamlined approach, we understand that it may not align with everyone’s preferences.
On the day of your event, we were contacted for support and, at your request, we coordinated with another member of your event team to resolve the issue. That individual informed us the printer had been adjusted by guests, and we were able to remotely resolve the issue and resume printing—all within about 7 minutes.
We followed up with the designated contact via text an hour after the call and they confirmed everything was working perfectly. Later that night, we received multiple voicemails asking for the removal of inappropriate photos from the gallery (this event opted to leave the gallery open for their guests during onboarding). Even though our support line was closed at that time, we took immediate action and removed the images to support your event’s success.
After the event, all equipment was returned in full working order. Given that the booth was used extensively (with over 300 photos logged), and the service was delivered as promised, we explained that a refund would not be issued. We did receive threats of negative reviews if a refund wasn’t granted, but we stand by the professionalism and responsiveness of our team throughout this process.
While we regret that your experience was not what you hoped for, we remain committed to providing transparent service and thorough support for every event.
