I would have given 5 stars bc my guests loved it, but I had received several text messages from Lovestream & the only thing that came by email was the confirmation they needed 7 days prior before they could send the equipment. Well, I had to pay $75 more dollars to then get it shipped bc I thought all communication was done via text and I had fulfilled all requests. Ugh….other than that the booth worked great for the wedding. But for the final price, I could have upgraded to something else. Be sure to check your email also!!

I cannot recommend Lovestream enough! The customer service was fabulous, the communication was timely and thorough, instructions for setup and use were clear, and return information and notifications we appreciated with my busy schedule. Five stars all the way! 📸✨❤️

Great experience, We had an issue with setup the night before the event. They instantly set up a video chat to square things away and we were off and running. It was a great hit at our reception.

The set up took longer than expected but the customer service team was very helpful. I would recommend leaving an hour and a half to set up the booth to ensure there are no issues. I received a box without a return label but the team was willing to reimburse me for the postage I paid at UPS. They designed the photo strips just like I wanted and gave me plenty of time to revise the design if I wanted to. Everyone had so much fun with the Photo Booth! It was a great way to make memories at my birthday.

We decided at the last minute (2 weeks before the event) to get a Photo Booth for my daughter's wedding. The sales department was incredibly helpful, asked me questions about my event and gave me advice on what they thought would work for what I wanted. Ordering was easy and the package arrived when it said it would. Set-up was very simple. It was a big hit at the wedding and guests were able to take picture strips home with them. What's even better is that we get a gallery to see all the pictures that people took, which is super fun. Packing up was equally as simple-came with prepaid mailing labels so all I had to do was drop everything off at UPS. Money well spent--thank you so much!!

The booth was so easy to order, setup, AND use. Looking back at all of the memories we would have otherwise missed was so much fun! Would recommend 10/10 times!

This was a great affordable way to have a fun party photobooth! Customer service was excellent and responded quickly during my event to troubleshoot an issue.

The whole experience was wonderful! From delivery to instructions on how to set up, ease of use... everything was great!! It was a fun addition to my son's wedding!
