LovesReviews of loves.com

Thank you to all the Love's truck stops with dog parks. We travel with our Great Dane and these parks have been a lifesaver! We seek out Love's everytime we need to stop. Everyone has been friendly and the restrooms clean. Thanks again for making road trips easier!

Do not buy a warranty from Loves, they will not honor it. Their policy on any product is it must be returned within 30 days. If you purchase the warranty, and it's past the 30 days, you will have to deal with the manufacturer ( which for the record, already provides a 2 year standard repair/replacement warranty for free). So Loves will sell you a warranty you already have for free, and then not allow instore returns or replacement. Since I started working with Loves Solutions, I have been served by Kady Kasper, who has provided excellent and very professional service. I recommend her 100%.

I have had the pleasure of working with Katie Kasper, my Love Factoring representative, and she has been doing an amazing and outstanding job. She consistently goes above and beyond to meet all our needs. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a top-notch factoring representative.

Llevo años trabajando con esta factory y indiscutiblemente el servicio es 100% pero sin duda la representante de mi cuenta Kady Kasper hace que sea muchísimo más eficiente y satisfactoria tu experiencia con Love

I have appreciated Love's over the years for their clean rest rooms, dog parks (or areas), and great coffee, to name a few things. I now have another reason. The Love's outside Davenport, IA was my last stop before arriving home in Illinois. Once home, I couldn't find the spare set of car keys, so I called Lowe's to see if keys had been turned in. Cory was so helpful in that search, and while she was hunting, of course I found them in the no-man's-land between the passenger seat and the center console. Her helpfulness was noteworthy, and I thank her!

During my trip through Armadillo, TX, I had the misfortune of driving through a winter storm with one tire with mild low pressure. When I reached the gas station here and attempted to to use the air pump, the pressure got lower. I kindly asked for their assistance in this matter. They mentioned that due to liability matters, they could not come out and help, which I understand. However, when I approached the manager, he said quite BLUNTLY, that he will NOT come out, and that it is "NOT MY PROBLEM." He continued on in talking down to me, like I am some idiot and left me to figure it out on my own. Thankfully roadside assistance was called by me later and they not only helped with the tire pressure, but were also rather professional in their tasks. The manager of that gas station could afford a MAJOR attitudinal adjustment.... BADLY. GO SEEK HELP......FAST!
