Not worth the money! Was expecting a door mat that was sturdy, thick and durable. Received a flimsy, thin mat with the stitching coming undone not impressed . Another scam from china disguised as a product from here !!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!! After waiting 3+ weeks I received a super thin roll out mat. They post a picture as if it's a "rugged" outdoor mat. NOT EVEN CLOSE !!! I am so upset, I paid for 2, one was a gift. I'm too embarrassed to even pass it on to someone. The only thing custom about these are the names. But yet because these are "custom" made no returns, mad at myself that I didn't see that when I ordered DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Paid $50 for nothing, never received, the company steals from you and apparently sells very cheap item

Don’t waste your money! Very cheap material and super thin. Can’t even put outside, it will blow away. Contacted them about this and they said no refunds. What a scam.

Recieved the sign for the gate,but it was bent to fit in mail box,I was very disappointed as this was a gift for my grand dog!

Quality is appalling, cheap and thin, poor material quality. Contacted company who said it was as described, but certainly wasn’t “luxurious”. Poor experience and value, expensive mistake.

Their ‘door mats’ are a joke. It’s not non slip, it’s as thin as poster paper and the minute a strong wind blows, you’ll be lucky to find it in your neighbors yard. When I contacted customer service to get ‘my total customer satisfaction guarantee’, I was told I should have read the description (my bad, I thought I was ordering a real door mat for $50). I wanted to review them on their website, but they won’t send me the link to do that after multiple e-mails requesting it. Don’t trust these folks or buy their products. Complete rip off

I received the floor mat I ordered and found it is a joke. Very deceptive advertising..the floor mat is a picture of a nice thick floor mat affixed to a piece of 1/4 thick foam. Received a smart a&@ email from customer service rejecting my request for refund. This company is a sham…nothing constructive I can offer Wasted $50…wished I had checked reviews before purchasing.
