The company sent me a tube of sunscreen that was set to expire within six months; by the fourth month of use, I suspected the formula had degraded, as it caused skin irritation. When buying sunscreen, I expect a shelf life of at least a year. I will never buy from this company again.

Wish they changed their mailing system... One thing I like is that shipping is free. I wouldn't buy from them if shipping was not free. However, they use USPS, which either takes a long time to arrive or packages have gotten lost in the mail. Wish they used FedEx or at least UPS instead. I purchase dog products from the site Chewy and I have noticed nothing but an amazing delivery experience. Otherwise, have not noticed issues with products thus far.

I ordered an expensive but small item on 7 Dec. Lovely Skin's site shows it was shipped on 8 Dec. There is no tracking after 13 Dec. It is now the 19th, & tomorrow is Sunday. That's 2 weeks to ship USPS when they advertise no more than 8 days. Tracking looks like it is sitting in Omaha. Even with Covid, nothing should take this long. I wonder if it was ever shipped. I can't review the product because I haven't received it. But if I ever receive it & like it, I will buy it elsewhere.
