(TL;DR-poor customer service, poor quality products, misleading) I ordered 2 products on the 11th of June? As of today I got one of them. So First things first as someone who orders a lot online, this wasn’t a problem. The website was nice and flashy and the massive inventory got me excited! So I went through everything, I picked out about 5, ordered two. On the 13th I received an email saying one of the products was out of stock, so I assumed they were like “hey pick something else so we can ship them together” so I picked another one, out of stock. Again. So this went on the whole week from what seemed to be an automated emailer. I picked at least 5 other ones and they were out of stock. By this point I’m aggravated, so I asked what was the deal and sent them 3 other choices. I decided to have a gander at the reviews and they were all trash. I sent another email asking for a full refund, and before they replied, I received another email saying the one item shipped-.- so I decided to just keep it and get partial refund for the other. I received an email saying one of my other choices was out of stock was actually in stock so I said OK just send that THEN THEY SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AGAIN?! Don’t be deceived by their catalog, I’m sure at least 80% of the items on the site are sold out. So I kept checking tracking for the first product, it said unavailable for at least a week, I’m assuming they didn’t wanna give me the full refund so they just said it was shipped but wasn’t. Now today is the 25th, package arrived, sure enough like other reviewers, product was poorly wrapped in just bubble wrap in a small envelope wrapped in tape. I opened it up and it seemed like someone threw it in a backpack with razors then preceded to re-dip it in their “silicone” for added effect? Almost looks used. The smell is terrible and so is the material, doesn’t seem or smell or feel like silicone. The suction cup is deformed and won’t stay put. I’m honestly scared and probably won’t use this product. As someone who never does reviews and buys a lot from independent online shops, this should tell you about the company. All the 3 star and up are bots if you can’t already tell. Please don’t buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company!! I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It took a month to get the product and when I received it, it was from China, cheap and poorly made and not even in any packaging. I received a battery operated item instead of rechargeable like I thought I had purchased, it is very misleading and their customer service is atrocious. I sent them several emails trying to get it resolved. They kept going in circles and never offered any help except a coupon code to order more crappy products. It says you can return items, but they would not give me a refund because I had taken it out of the “packaging” which was a piece of plastic wrapped around it. Stay far away from this company. I feel completely ripped off. Also, when I called their customer service phone, it was a number to something else. Very dishonest company.

Horrible experience The items will NOT ship from US. They’re 100% China. Take forever!!! Two (out of 3) items didn’t arrive. The item that arrived, was extremely cheap. And NOT what I ordered. You might get lucky. But definitely NOT worth the risk. Buy from other reputable stores. Not here for sure. They do a great job with their website. I give em that!!!

I was able to order just what I was looking for. It arrived very quickly! Great products!!!

This s@$!!hole company is nothing but a money grabbing scam. Do NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT... Order from them. A Chinese peace of S*it!!!

I made a purchase on February 24th, and I’ve been waiting a whole month for my package. It’s been sitting at Atlanta transport hub for 11 days now. Awful.

Warning Warning Warning!!! Do NOT BUY from this place!!!! I have been waiting now 25 days for my item to arrive and still don’t know where it is. It has been sitting in some warehouse now for 4 days but who the hell knows where this warehouse is located. I have sent numerous emails to this company and all I get is the run around, but they had no problem taking my money. It was shipped from China to Hong Kong than to NYC and for some reason it was shipped back to LA only to be shipped back to NYC and now who the hell knows where it is!!!! DONT buy anything from them!!!!!

Be wary of what you order from this site. I placed an order at the end of February and received some items a month later, some are still not delivered. The untimely delivery and shipping is due to the fact, that items are shipped from China which is NOT mentioned on the website. Items received are cheaply made, lacking English instructions and do not match up with the description on the website.
