Hi, We're truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed, but we'd like to clarify what happened. Every ring we create is handcrafted, and our standard production time is 3–5 weeks. Because each piece is made to order and carefully inspected before shipping, production may take longer during periods of high order volume. We kept you informed that the delay was due to the large number of custom orders. Once your ring was completed, we shipped it and provided the tracking information. However, while the package was still in transit, you opened a PayPal dispute and the payment was refunded to your original account. This means we invested significant time and craftsmanship into creating your custom ring, completed production, and shipped it, but ultimately did not receive payment for the work we had already performed. We always strive to provide every customer with a quality handcrafted piece and transparent service. If you would still like to discuss your order, we remain happy to communicate and find a fair solution together.
