I tried to slow the shipments coming in and the site wouldn't let me, I thought I cancelled it and then another shipment just came in months later.

The product is great, but the shipping method is horrible and highly unreliable to cost as much as it does. I ordered my vitamins at the end of September. They got lost. Talked to customer service and they shipped out more, but it still took too long to get my vitamins. Almost a month of being without my vitamins because of the shipping method being USPS and having to be shipped out twice. I live in NC and the tracking information showed that the package I finally received had gone from IL all the way down to Georgia!!! Before coming back up to NC. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Hi Elizabeth, I am so sorry for this terrible experience! Going nearly a month without your essential vitamins because of a lost package and an inefficient USPS routing loop is completely unacceptable, especially given the cost of shipping. While carrier misroutes are out of our direct control once dispatched, we know how frustrating this is and want to make it right to avoid happening again in the future.

I received an extremely short heads up regarding this subscription order. I was unable to do through my a count. Tried snd email snd a phone call. Phone calls are rately ever returned, so that was a waste of time, as this one wasn’t either.

Frustrating product availability. Love the product but I can't depend on product availability so I have to order from other supplement providers.
