I enrolled on the course on my own post break up after 20+ marriage. It breaks my heart to learn so many things that could have helped but I didn't know, so many of my own patterns that I didn't know. Heading towards divorce with great remorse. If you're looking for a tangible, step by step approach to changing your relationship this course will help. It does take a significant amount of time per week (2+ hours) and will challenge you to be vulnerable and open.
