I accidentally let my subscription renew when I meant to cancel. I contacted support, and they reviewed it and refunded the charge without any problems. The app itself is average, but customer service was solid

Cannot call myself a holic, but love the idea of service and the way site provides it. My main pain on such dating was a lack of functions that people used to start conversations like Match, Likes and etc. There are at least 5 functionals for it needs on Loveaholics
