My item arrived damaged and they are blaming the delivery company. I was told that they would send someone out to repair it and I have not heard anything from the delivery company.

Total scam. Product never showed up and there is no customer service to deal with.

Zero customer service. Not sure this is an actual company- i.e. one with employees and some kind of organization. When you call the number on their website, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. Someone from another country called us back later who did not speak enough English to understand the shipping issue we were having. The order had been shipped and was on the way to our residence while the order status was still 'preparing your items for shipment' and had been sent on a huge truck that could not maneuver our roads. There was no way to contact the shipping company nor the furniture 'company' directly. We don't know what will happen with our order next and there is no clear way to cancel it.
