I'm so pleased my purchase

My item arrived damaged and they are blaming the delivery company. I was told that they would send someone out to repair it and I have not heard anything from the delivery company.

I orderer a dining table and 4 dining chairs from Louxas. They turned out just like what was shown on the website photos. Customer services were responsive and helpful. Due to a hiccup during delivery, one of the chairs was slightly damaged. They sent me another to replace it. Overall, i'm satisfied with the products and services.

It’s so beautiful and good quality

the product is beautiful and well made the delivery service was the best I have ever had

I recently ordered 6 dining table chairs but unfortunately I only received 4 because 2 were lost in shipping but Louxas customer service was amazing and took care of everything and sent me replacement chairs at no cost to me. I highly recommend ordering from them because if something goes wrong, there is always someone there willing to help you and the chairs themselves are very beautiful and extremely comfortable so I will definitely be ordering from Louxas again in the future!

Total scam. Product never showed up and there is no customer service to deal with.

Amazing product! The wood is solid and the craftsmanship is impeccable! I love every detail about my desk and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an heirloom piece.
