I reached out to their support team, not expecting much beyond maybe a paid replacement lid option, but they completely blew me away. Alyssa handled my request personally and replaced the entire cup for free—no questions asked, no proof needed, no hassle whatsoever. She responded to my email the very next day, was super friendly and professional, and got everything sorted quickly. In an age where customer service can feel so impersonal or frustrating, Alyssa and the LoudCup team made it effortless and genuinely appreciated the customer. The cup itself is already a favorite—keeps drinks ice-cold, the built-in horn is hilariously loud and perfect for games—but knowing their support is this good makes me a customer for life.
